Regarding the provision of personal information to third parties
Our council will manage personal information appropriately and will not disclose or provide it to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the individual concerned. However, this does not apply in any of the following cases:
When required by law.
When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency, or an entity entrusted by them, in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent would likely hinder the performance of those duties.

Establishment of regulations concerning the handling of personal data: Our council has formulated regulations for the handling of personal data for each stage, including acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion/disposal, outlining the handling methods, responsible persons/personnel, and their duties.
Organizational Security Management Measures: Our council has appointed a person responsible for handling personal data, clarified the scope of employees who handle personal data and the personal data they handle, and has established a system for reporting and communicating to the person responsible if any facts or signs of violations of laws or handling regulations are identified.
Human Resources Security Measures: Our council conducts regular training for employees on precautions regarding the handling of personal data.
Physical Security Measures: Our council implements measures to prevent unauthorized access to equipment handling information assets.
Technical Security Measures: Our council implements access control to limit the scope of personnel and the personal information databases they handle, and has introduced mechanisms to protect information systems handling personal data from unauthorized external access or malicious software.
